Minority Community College Transfer Scholarship - Florida International University, USA Florida International University, USA announce Minority Community College Transfer Scholarship for undergraduate minority students. The scholarship is for all the courses offered by the university.
Eligibility
Applicants must have fulfilled College Level Academic Skills Test (CLAST) requirements and have earned and A.A. or A.S. degree from an accredited Community College between Jan. – Aug. 2012.
