Synergy Institute of Management has an independent Training and Placement Cell devoted to cater the needs of students and organizations in conducting campus interviews for placements. Placement cell actively conducts aptitude tests for the students and checks the short comings of the students and then conducts training sessions to rectify the short comings to make the students employable. The Cell is assisted by Student placement Committee constituted by student representatives.

The Training and Placement Cell ensures and takes care to provide the best arrangements and hospitality for the visiting companies’ officials.

It plays a very important and key role in counseling and guiding the students for their successful career. Placement also provides chances of employment through campus interviews.

This Cell also coordinates various activities related to the career of the students along with the industrial training i.e. Summer Project.

For the placement of first batch, many reputed companies have accepted students with a good pay packages ranging from 2.5 lac to 6.5 lac. Over 90% of the students have job offers before they complete their program of studies.
