Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development was established in 1993, as a part of the Symbiosis family, Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development has strived to bring Indian ethos, management concepts and technological advances together in an effort to redefine the management paradigm in the new age. Recognized as a CRADLE OF INTELLECT, SCMHRD has chartered a course of evolving as a knowledge and value creation institute. We work on the platform of Leadership Entrepreneurship, and have shifted to Self Learning platform.

SCMHRD firmly believes that a student, for the purpose of sufficient knowledge accumulation, requires a world of accessible relevant resources beyond classroom education. The Wi-Fi enabled library of SCMHRD is thus equipped for the purpose. Loaded with over 18000 books (which includes over 14000 odd titles), 300 odd periodicals and over 3000 academic CDs and DVDs, the library is a heaven for those who believe in the Newtonian Philosophy of collecting pebbles facing the huge ocean of knowledge.
Residential facilities are available for all students enrolled in SCMHRD, with individual blocks available for male and female students. Double occupancy rooms with attached bathrooms are provided with all modern amenities.
Cafeteria and Mess:
A multi-cuisine mess and a fast-food cafeteria cater to the needs and tastes of the cosmopolitan student community. The mess serveshot and nutritious meals and has a capacity to host 500 students at a single sitting.
