The Sri Sai Ram Engineering College at Chennai, Sai Matriculation higher Secondary School at Madipakkam and Sri Sai Ram Polytechnic College at Sai Leo Nagar to provide a good training for diploma engineering, Further more the Sai Ram Institute of Management Studies and Computer Science a unit of Sri Sai Ram Engineering College, was established in 1997 and it offers the MBA and MCA P.G. Programmes. Besides, he has also ventured into the Teacher Training Courses. He started Sri Sai Ram T.T.I. at Pondicherry, Sai Jothi T.T.I. at Madurai, Sai Krubha T.T.I. at pammal, Chennai and Sri Sai Ram Chennai T.T.I. at Anakaputhur, Chennai in the year 2005.

He was also instrumental in starting "The Academy for the Blind" and "Home for the Aged"under the community service programmes of the Lions Club.

Sri Sai Ram Medical College is developing into a reputed Medical Institution, imparting top QUALITY MEDICAL EDUCATION and preparing the young generation of student with SPIRIT OF SERVICE TO SOCIETY. The colleges are affiliated to the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R Medical University, Chennai and approved by the CCIM / CCH / Ayush for Indian System of Medicine, New Delhi.

Our institution encourages all staff members to make best use of the library that has been carefully built up since the inception of the college. The library is housed in a spacious area of 4000 sq ft. with reference section, magazine section and stack area. Presently it stacks more than 12000 books and reference volumes for lending to faculty and students. The library subscribes to more than 60 specialized journals, over one third of them being international. Constant addition of titles and volumes in all fields of medicine a regular feature of the library. Every effort has been made to obtain all titles recommended by the faculty.

Transportation:

The college is easily accessible from Tambaram Railway Station by the state operated transport buses. In addition the college owns a fleet of 10 buses and these buses operate in more than 10 different routes starting from different points in Chennai city. Our booming transport facilities ensure that our students and staff members are able to attend the college on time.

Canteen:

Their Canteen is effectively functioning to satisfy the needs of students and staff members with delicious and variety of food items at affordable rates.

A vibrant social service wing is functioning under the dynamic leadership of MJF. Ln. Leo Muthu, Chairman of the college, since the inception. 

The major aim of the wing is to help economically poor people by means of arranging blood donation camps at their college premises and also by means of arranging free medical camps & eye camps in and around the Tambaram area. These activities are carefully and meticulously planned and implemented by their social service wing.

Blood Donation Camp:

Many of their college students and staff members are donating blood in the blood donation camps organised by the college every year in association with Golden City Lions Club of Chennai.

Free Medical Camp:

Free medical camps have been conducted by each system of medicine in each and every month at various places. A permanent free medical camp for Ayurveda at Dharkast and Siddha at KannadaPalayam have been functioning weekly twice for the whole year. In that camps thousands of peoples are getting benefited.

A home away from home is provided for both boys and girls separately with the parental guidance, love and affection, which are attached with a mess. Recreation rooms provided television, newspapers, music systems and magazines.
