Lal Bahadur college was started in the year 1970, as an undergraduate college, sponsored by Osmania Graduate's Association and Exhibition Society, Hyderabad. It has about 120 staff and more than two thousand students. It is located in 25 acres of land in between Hanamkonda and Warangal with spacious buildings accommodating laboratories, class rooms, library, sports complex, audio-video library, auditorium and a separate building for MBA programme.
The Management of the College has separated the Post Graduate Centre from the Degree College in the academic Year 2001 - 2002 by appointing a full time Director. Library:
The Post - Graduate Centre has a separate full fledged library with adequate number of books. The College provides four books to each student. There is a spacious reading room where a number of Magazines, Periodicals, Professional Journals, Bulletins and Dailies are available. The reading room will be kept open from 9-30 a.m. to 5-00 p.m. Students can make use of the facility during leisure time.
