Indian Institution of Export and Import Management (IIEIM) was founded in December 1990 as a CAUSE GROUP with GLOBAL PERSPECTIVE. The theme was conceived in mid '90 and it was intended to be a Professional Management Institution with sharp focus on INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS EDUCATION TRAINING AND RESEARCH. IIEIM was formally inaugurated in 1992 by the then Deputy Minister of Commerce, Govt. of India. Shri. Salman Khurshid. IIEIM is a non-Profit Educational Organisation duly registered under the Society Registration Act/Bombay Public Trust Act.
