Aggarwal, the first Vice Chancellor of the University, proposes to the University is currently functioning from its Campus spread over an area of 16 acres at Kashmere Gate, Delhi. The University has taken possession of land measuring 60 acres at Dwarka (West Delhi) for setting up a State-of-Art Campus of the University with ultra-modern facilities. It has also been decided to establish another Campus of the University in East Delhi and land measuring 19 acres has been taken over opposite Surajmal Vihar, Karkardooma for this purpose. Within a short span of eight years, the University has been able to make its presence felt the world over. It is running more than 60 programmes in 08 University Schools of Studies and 86 Institutes (Government as well as self-financing), imparting professional education in various disciplines to more than 40,000 students with an annual intake of more than 12,000. University Information Resource Center (Library) The University Library re-christened as University Information Resource Centre (UIRC) was established in September 1999 with the prime responsibility to supplement the educational and knowledge needs of the students, researchers and its faculty members. UIRC has been consistently building up itself from strength to strength to fulfill its objectives by incorporating the latest technology and talent in providing most cost-effective and time-efficient information services to its members. The services offered by UIRC are fully computerized. An ambitious proposal of making this centre a part of the University’s website will help its members and international academic community to assess the information on the library holdings on-line. The resource centre also has Xerox facilities and document delivery services. The centre at present serves about 2200 members. It is fully air-conditioned with a plan of doubling its reading room capacity in the near future. 

The University is equipped with some state-of-the-art Laboratories to help the students in performing practical work and testing their theoretical knowledge in practice. The different schools have different laboratories like the Computer Software Development Cell, Web Development Lab, Computer Center, Linux Lab, Computer Microprocessor Lab,   Multimedia Lab for the school of Information Technology, Chemical Analysis and Monitoring Lab for the school of Chemical Technology, Plant Tissue Culture Lab,  Animal Tissue Culture Lab,  Molecular Biology Lab,   Microbiology and Enzymes Lab. 

The Seminar Hall is the ideal venue for seminars by corporate , nonprofit, government organizations, and professional associations members to talk and deliver lectures to the students of our University to provide them a better and closer insight into the working of their different fields. The fully air conditioned seminar hall with a capacity of about 100 is equipped with OHP facility and also has mike in front of each seat so that the people listening to the lectures can give a feedback or ask questions whenever required. 

The fully air conditioned Conference Hall has a capacity of about 25 people and in it's quite and peaceful ambience is the ideal place for members to talk with other members and share everything from teaching methods, to current hot topics in the industry to requirements and expectations of corporate world from our University and what not.

The Punjab and Sind Bank available in the University Campus is provided to give the University students and staff as well as the general public, money management facility. This bank not only provides the students the first entrance form in the University, but also gives all the best possible facilities available in any premiere standard bank of India. 

The University Auditorium is an elegant structure with a Central Lawn at the back of  it. Plays and other ceremonies are held in this auditorium.

The University has opened a Hostels for boys/girls which provides excellent residential facilities . It is located in the campus and is open for all categories of students, but the preference is given to the outside Delhi students. in order to satisfy the appetites of the students and to give them a break after a half day's hard work the University campus is provided with a relaxing and comfortable canteen.

The University Campus also gives the students the facility of several Playgrounds so that they can play and enjoy themselves in free time. It has a basket ball court, a volley ball court and a large ground used for playing games like Football, Cricket, Hockey and Rugby etc. 

The University displays its Site-Map near its entrance gate (towards G.P.O). People can use it to find the exact location of various places in the University like Library, Bank, Administrative Block, Canteen etc. 

The Xerox shops and snack centres are available for the students.

Play Ground:

The University Campus also gives the students the facility of several grounds so that they can play and enjoy themselves in free time.

It has a basket ball court just near it canteen where a regular crowd of basket ball lovers both players and spectators are found daily testing their skill and competing with each other. A part of the main ground in the campus has Ben made into the volley ball court where irrespective of the heat rain or cold a regular crowd of students playing this game is always found. The main ground is also large enough to be used as a field for some very frequent and some relay competitive football matches. And of course during rainy days it is used to play the very amazing and interesting Rugby matches.

But of course like all of India, the University students main calling in the field of games is Cricket. Spending hours and hours in some very nail biting matches is a common time pass of our University students. Not only inter class but inter year inter University schools but also inter college competitions are held on a regular basis.

So the University is a not only a center of academic work but also gives the students ample opportunity to test their skills and make themselves physically strong by playing.

Canteen:

In order to satisfy the appetites of the students and to give them a break after a half day's hard work the University campus is provided with a relaxing and comfortable canteen. The canteen not only provides the student's of the campus with mouth watering dishes like 'Sambhar-Vada', Sambhar-Idli', 'Rajma-Chawal', 'Uttapam','Fried-Rice', 'Spring Rolls','Thali' etc. but is also one of the most happening places in the campus with all the students gathering there at the clock's stroke of 1 o' clock to discuss their new experiences in the campus. The canteen provided by Handa Caterers has been sponsored by Pepsi and is usually the place of daily normal hob nob of the students and generally the center of attraction during cricket matches and any other live telecasts on television.

The Indian Bank available in the University Dwarkas Campus is provided to give the University students and staff as well as the general public, money management facility.

Seminar Hall:

The Seminar Hall is the ideal venue for seminars by corporate , nonprofit, government organizations, and professional associations members to talk and deliver lectures to the students of our University to provide them a better and closer insight into the working of their different fields. These conferences and lectures not only provide the students with a first hand information about the working of various fields but also gives them an opportunity to get their doubts cleared by asking questions from our guests.

The guests initially deliver their lecture telling the students about their work, the challenges they face, the difficulties they overcome and so on, and after that the students are given an opportunity to ask questions and clear their doubts if any. The fully air conditioned seminar hall with a capacity of about 100 is equipped with OHP facility and also has mike in front of each seat so that the people listening to the lectures can give a feedback or ask questions whenever required. The Hall provides a special ambience for every event, it makes possible an ideal setting for carrying out various conferences and for delivering lectures.

Auditorium: 

The University Auditorium is an elegant structure with a Central Lawn at the back of  it. Plays and other ceremonies are held in this auditorium. It has backstage rooms which are very useful at the time of plays and other activities held in the university at the time of  IT and Cultural Festivals and otherwise.

Conference Hall:

The University Campus is also provided with a state of the art conference hall for carrying out small conferences and meetings. The fully air conditioned conference hall has a capacity of about 25 people and in it's quite and peaceful ambience is the ideal place for members to talk with other members and share everything from teaching methods, to current hot topics in the industry to requirements and expectations of corporate world from our University and what not.

The conference halls helps in providing a suitable place for conferencing, congresses, meetings, lectures and audio/ visual ­presentations on a small scale. Comfortable seating arrangements plus a mike at every seat provides the members taking part in the conference to share their views with other members more easily.
