Hi-Tech Computer Lab:

Govindam, Hi-Tech Information Technology Center recognizing the need for easy accessibility to latest relevant data and information for preparing presentations, projects and other assignments by the management students as a necessary part of their curriculum. The IT center has been designed to provide the students with latest facilities available in the industry. GOVINDAM has a spacious computer lab which houses 30 computer systems all connected to the internet & Wi-Fi system. Today in the Internet Age, the Computer Lab is at the heart of the Teaching Learning process. With a total of more than 50 ACER & HP branded systems spread across the Campus, the air-conditioned Computer Lab with its facilities and network infrastructure provides a number of services to the students and faculty. The 2 Mbps internet infrastructure allows fast access and downloads, encouraging students to work during and beyond their scheduled hours to complete their assignments and projects. This facility is extended to all the Departments, Offices, Library and Cafetaria. This has enabled the faculty to pursue research and guide student projects. The Computer Lab has enabled our students to complete industry oriented projects from companies as diverse as Microsoft, IBM, Computer Science Corporation, HCL Technologies, NIIT Technologies, Hewlett Packard and Adobe Systems among others. Students have access to state-of  art desktop publishing facilities with relevant licensed software and peripheral devices like scanners and printers.

The Lecture Halls at Govindam are spacious and scientifically designed to ensure that each student has sufficient space, and each faculty member has the facilities necessary for addressing a large audience. In addition, each Lecture Hall is equipped with specialized teaching aids such as overhead projectors, multimedia projectors etc. These Lecture Halls, therefore, make classroom teaching and learning an enjoyable and fruitful experience for the students as well as faculty members. Display boards have been put up in all the lecture halls which serve as platforms for encouraging creativity and increasing awareness among the students. All these rooms are properly ventilated and well-lit, with abundant natural light as well as additional lighting options all the time.

Seminar Hall:
One of the architectural delights of the institute is its Seminar Hall, spacious enough to accommodate a larger number of students. The hall is fully air conditioned, well equipped with multi-media projection system, audio-video facilities and recording systems. It gives right ambience to the students of institute in organizing the Industry-Institute-Interaction. Seminars and workshops are a regular and integral part of the course curriculum at Govindam.
