Hospital started in the year 1964 and library was also established
in the same year with a single room. In 1977 it was on one floor in
old college campus. In the present location, the library is spread
over an area of 6930 Sq. feet in the basement of Hero Heart
Institute Building.
Visitors to this house of learning paradise are palpably impressed
with the vast collection of books and journals. There are 14,881
books on different medical subjects and 14,826 bound volumes of
journals. Over 117 Foreign journals, 50 Indian medical Journals
