Established in the year 1999 under Nabadigant Educational Trust, CEB has been engaged in providing engineering education, research and other developmental programmers in the state of Odisa in particular and our nation in general. The college has certainly been hitiching its wagons to greater heights over the years under the stewardship of Er.Prabhat Ranjan Mallick, a man with vision and mission committed to contribute in the making of modern India.
Campus:
The total constructed area of the campus is 12 Acres. The campus is divided into four blocks: Main Building, Lab Building, Hostel Building & Administrative Building. Main Building consists of Class Rooms, Tutorial Rooms, Computer Labs, Basic Science Labs, English communication Lab, Library, Faculty Rooms and students Common Room.
Class Rooms:
The size of the Class rooms and tutorial rooms are as per AICTE norms. Rooms have proper ventilation and are equipped with Audio Systems for better lecture delivery. Each department is provided with separate Tutorial Room.

College of Engineering is home to many students from across the country. CEB welcome talented minds and provide suitable facilities for your stay. The College of Engineering having hostels for its students, separate for boys and girls. The hostels attempt to create a second home for its students. CEB provides all facilities that students might require. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished. Each room has a computer terminal with 24 hour access to the internet.
The hostels have their own mess which is managed by the students and the warden. Senior faculty members also frequently supervise this facility. College of Engineering ensures that the hostels are well-managed and meet the needs of its students.
Training & Placement Cell.:
The college has a placement cell to look after students' Industrial Training, Placement / Campus Interview etc., functioning with the following objectives:
To keep track of the current status of our ex-students and to record and maintain their needs and comments.
To create and maintain a data-bank on profiles of our present students.
To built and maintain good relations with the industry, inviting hotel groups for campus interviews, getting feedback on our students performance etc.
To keep track of all advertisements related to the Industry and communicating them to the concerned.
