our college included them under Section 2(f) and 12(B) of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956. Apart from regular academic activities, the college is also offering various short-term courses to the college students to improve different skills.

The libraries are manned by qualified, experienced and forward-looking Librarians.  Top priority is given to the needs of students and faculty books they need are procured at the earliest by the Librarian. Freedom is given to faculty to pick-up needy books from book-stalls and produce bills for approval and accession to the library speeding up without any bottlenecks from the side of college management. Their libraries are hoarding plethora of knowledge.  Separate libraries are maintained for UG and PG to facilitate the students to have their respective subject books, research papers, journals and other relevant subject-oriented magazines.  It has so many entries and almost all the important reference books are made available. Their college also plans to make the library with OPAL facilities to enable the student for the fast access to the books, online.  CPC makes every effort to motivate the student to perceive the value of book reading by including the stacks all interesting, fiction, non-fiction and subject-oriented books. Every library is also equipped with suitable furniture and also has a qualified Librarian to cope up with the needs of the college and students. For the students who wish to browse on the internet for any such information useful to the students upliftment academically. We provided them with Internet facility and we call it digital library.

Science Laboratories:

All their science laboratories have state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, modernizing and removing obsolescence from time to time. They meet the requirements of updated practicals designed to present-day demands. Students are trained in recent techniques keeping in view of the job requirements in industries and other sectors of today’s World. Their Chaitanya Postgraduate College (CPGC) has Chemistry, Physics, Microbiology, Biochemistry and Biotechnology Laboratories. Electronics, Organic and industrial chemistry, spectroscopy, Bioinformatics and Concepts of clinical research (CCR) are provided. Chaitanya Degree College (CDC) has Botany and Zoology laboratories also in addition.

Computer Laboratories:

All their laboratories have state-of-the-art equipment and facilities modernizing and removing obsolescence from time to time. They meet the requirements of updated practicals designed to present day demands and research needs. A special mention has to be made of their Computer labs (both U.G. and P.G.) are having about 350 highly configurated qualitative systems.

Transport:

As the college is located in the central locality of the town, transportation is never a problem.  Many modes of private transportation facilities are absolutely within the reach of the students including the fares which are very much affordable. As their students are from many other towns and states and some International students arealso available, we have been plying 4 buses stretching to 4 direction of the town.  This transportation enables many, who wish to be part of Chaitanya Colleges.  The charges CPC imposes on the students are but normal and affordable. CPC has separate buses for Degree and Postgraduate, Pharmacy and Engineering students.

There are separate hostels for boys and girls. They have perfect security and excellent accommodation with south Indian cuisine. These hostels are so designed that they accommodate the students giving all facilities required. CPC also prescribes stringent rules and egulations to be followed by the boarders to enable smooth functioning of the hostels. The rooms and atmosphere of the hostel and its campus are designed in such a way that they are conducive to the overall perceptual development of the student. The parents, before admitting their children into hostel, are requested to ensure the facilities available in the college hostel.
